10 Best AI Tools for Your Business (Digital Marketing, Content Creation & More)
AI Tools for Business
Hey friends, welcome back. So, I spent almost $20,000 on testing hundreds of AI tools in the past 2 months, and I finally found the ones that are actually useful for your business when it comes to content creation and digital marketing. I’m going to save you 20 grand today by sharing every single one of them in today’s video. To make things easier for you, I’ve timestamped each category and linked all of the tools in the description. So, let’s dive in.
Tool 1: Similar Web
First on my list is Similar Web. This is hands down one of the most powerful AI platforms for digital marketing. Honestly, if you run a business nowadays without this, you’re most likely going to lose to your competitors. This platform allows you to literally dig into all of your competitors’ marketing strategies, so you know exactly what’s working and not working for them.
Here’s how it works: Just enter your website and your competitor’s website on Similar Web. Now, you can dig through every paid video ad your competitors are running and see exactly how much they’re spending, how efficient their ads are, and even their messaging. That way, you can spot what’s working for them and sharpen your unique selling point to stand out. You can also see which traffic sources are driving their growth, like paid search or display. This allows you to adjust your strategy to either match their moves or outsmart them entirely.
You can even stack your own website’s traffic and engagement next to theirs. If they’re outperforming you, then you know exactly where to close the gaps. Competitive analysis is not the only thing that Similar Web is good at. For example, you can do keyword research, market research, lead generation, and they also have a very powerful AI feature. One of my favorites is the Gen AI intelligence. It literally lets you track how much traffic you and your competitors are getting from AI platforms like ChatGPT or Perplexity. It even lets you know which prompts people are typing that lead them to your website. This is an insane platform for any marketers, entrepreneurs, and business owners. Honestly, it’s a marketing cheat code. You can try it out for free; I’ve linked Similar Web in the description, so definitely check it out.
Tool 2: Runway ML
All right, before I show you the next tool, let me show you something. These are all AI-generated videos created by this one platform called Runway ML. This is one of the most powerful AI video generators out there. I know you might be thinking, “Okay, that’s cool, but why do I need AI videos for my business?” Well, that might have been true two years ago, but nowadays, businesses can actually do a lot with AI videos, and it’s becoming more and more relevant.
For example, you can create product ads, training videos, explainer content, or even an entire storytelling campaign. You can do all of that without blowing your marketing budget. All you need to do is type in what you want on Runway ML, and it’s going to generate exactly what you need. You can also use the Act 2 feature to animate any characters you want by just uploading videos of yourself, and it will create the most realistic animations without your company hiring expensive VFX artists.
With their newest Alive feature, you can do even more. For example, you can add things to the scene, generate new camera angles, remove things from the scene, change objects in the scene, or even alter a character’s appearance. There’s just so much you can do with Runway. I remember when I first heard about Runway two years ago; I was skeptical about its purpose, and the output wasn’t even that good. Now, all of a sudden, I’m seeing more and more creators and companies using this. I know that the tech is only going to get better from this point, which is why I think now is the best time to learn about this so your business can get ahead of the curve. You can try it out for free if you just want to experiment with it. But if you’re planning to make more than a few videos, then I think the paid plans will be totally worth it.
Tool 3: Google V3
All right, next is Google V3. This is Google’s newest and most powerful AI video generator, and it’s insane. Even though Runway ML can create some pretty cool-looking videos, V3 is absolutely killing it when it comes to creating super realistic cinematic videos. Every time I scroll past one of those videos generated by V3, I’m amazed at how they are made by AI. It’s so realistic that I’m seeing more and more companies using V3 to generate product videos, UGC content, and even full-on commercials.
One of the most mind-blowing features of V3 is character consistency. For example, I can upload a single photo of a character, and V3 can generate an entire video of that character doing different things from different angles, all while looking exactly like that character. What that means for businesses is that you can save so much money on models, actors, production crews, and video editors. You can just use V3 to replace it all. If you’re in business, definitely experiment with it right now and take advantage of their free one-month trial.
Tool 4: Midjourney
Now that we got that video generation stuff out of the way, let’s move on to AI image generation tools. I’ve got two really insane tools for you. The first one is Midjourney. This is hands down the best AI image generation tool out there, and it is one of the OGs as well. All you need to do is prompt Midjourney with any image style that you want, and it will generate the image for you.
What that means for businesses is that instead of hiring a photographer or graphic designer, you can just use Midjourney to generate things like product mockups, ad concepts, social media visuals, branding mood boards, or even full-on marketing campaigns without hiring a creative agency, photographer, models, etc. One of my favorite features from Midjourney is their omni reference. This lets you blend multiple image references together, so you can get super specific while keeping the same consistent character and styles across all of your images.
I like to first use Midjourney’s existing library for inspiration. Let’s say you find a picture from the community feed that you absolutely love. Just right-click on it, choose style reference, and then add your own omni reference. For example, it could be a photo of you. Then, you need to adjust the omni strength. A lower strength means that it sticks more to the style and changes your reference image a lot, while a higher strength means that it keeps your original reference almost exactly the same. Personally, I like to keep it around 500. It gives me that perfect balance between keeping my likeness and still transforming the vibe to match the style that I’m going for. Click generate, and there you have it. Now you have these really professional-looking photos of that character that look like you just got them out of a professional photo shoot. Honestly, with what you can do with Midjourney, their pricing is super reasonable. With just $10 a month, you can do so much with it. To be honest, it’s a lot cheaper than hiring a creative agency for just one campaign.
Tool 5: Hicks Field AI
Here’s another insane AI image generator that’s going to blow your mind: Hicks Field AI. Use this when you need ultra-realistic, character-consistent images. I’ve been playing around with it a lot lately, and it’s scary good. Just look at these images I made of myself using Hicks Field. Yep, that’s all AI; it’s not me getting some professional photo shoots.
Here’s how I use it: First, you just need to upload around 20 to 70 photos of yourself, following their simple guidelines regarding different angles, lighting, and expressions. Then, Hicks Field is going to train its model on your face, so it really knows what you look like. Once that’s done, you just need to pick a visual style that you like, select your trained character, and let the AI generate the most photo-realistic images with your exact same face over and over again. The results look so natural that most people can’t even tell that these were generated by AI. I swear to you, it’s wild. It’s not just for personal use; there’s so much potential for business as well. Imagine instead of hiring a model, businesses can just use Hicks Field to create a brand ambassador across every single one of their marketing campaigns, and they can generate UGC video ads. The price is quite reasonable as well; it starts with $5 for 80 credits, or you can pay a little bit more—$80 for 1,700 credits.
Tool 6: Love Art
At this point, you’re probably thinking, “Wow, there are so many tools for so many different things. Joanna, is there one that can do both videos and photos?” I got you. It’s called Love Art, and it’s not just for photo or video generation. It’s the world’s first design AI agent. Honestly, after using this, I’ve canceled my Canva and Adobe subscriptions. I’m sorry, but I have to let you guys go.
Love Art has images, graphic design, hyper-realistic videos, and even 3D renderings all in one single platform. I’m going to give you a quick tutorial to demonstrate how it works. For example, let’s say I’m creating a labu coffee brand concept. What I need to do is just type in a single prompt, and Love Art instantly generates everything: packaging, design, store interior, merge, and even a full website mockup.
At this point, it’s just image generation, right? Wait, this is where the design part comes in. If you want to tweak just one part, you can comment to edit certain things without changing the whole design. If you want to turn that image into a video, done. If you want to turn that into a 3D design, done. The reason why it can do all of that in one platform is that Love Art combines all of the best AI models into one single place, like V3, Runway, Gen 4, Flux, Context, and more.
So you can really go from a single sketch of an idea to full-on cinematic brand visuals, all in one platform. And again, it’s one of those tools that you can just start for free. For me, given that it can do so much for you, their pay plan is totally worth it. If you’re running a business, chances are you’re sitting on hours of unused content. Calls, meetings, webinars, trainings— all of that could and should become your marketing content. Let’s be real, nobody really has time to transcribe, summarize, and repurpose all of that.
Tool 1: Cast Magic
This is why I’m going to introduce you to the next AI tool, Cast Magic. Think of it like your content multiplier. The way that you use it is very simple. Just upload any videos, audio files, Zoom recordings, or even just a podcast or YouTube link. Within seconds, Cast Magic gives you a clean, accurate transcription.
But here’s the crazier part: now, Cast Magic can instantly summarize your recording into clean takeaways, turn it into a LinkedIn post, a tweet, or a newsletter draft, or repurpose it into a YouTube script or Instagram Reels idea. It can even generate captions and blog posts automatically. And these are just 10% of what you can do with Cast Magic. Basically, this is like your AI content assistant that constantly listens to all of your conversations and hands you 20 pieces of content instantly.
For businesses, this is a game-changer. It means that you can scale your marketing without scaling your team and get more ROI from the content that you’re already creating. The most important thing is that you can stay consistent on every platform without burning out. The price for Cast Magic starts at $35 a month for solo creators and small teams, and it goes up for bigger businesses. Try it out; I think it’s such a time-saver.
Tool 2: Hey Jan
The next one is mind-blowing and useful, and I don’t think you’re ready for this. Check this out: I’m speaking English to you right now, right? The crazy part is that this whole time, I’m just speaking English, and all I did was upload this video to Hey Jan’s AI translator, and it cloned my voice into different languages that you just heard.
Hey Jan is really a game-changing tool for content creators and business owners because, all of a sudden, language barriers for your content are gone. This is how I would take full advantage of Hey Jan if I had a business: just open up your audience analytics on any social media platform and see which countries my followers are from. Then, start translating my top content into their languages, and boom! You just unlocked a whole new market of audience overnight.
Lip sync translation is not the only thing that Hey Jan can do. You can create spokesperson videos without hiring any models or talent. You can generate product explainers with multiple presenters, and you can scale video content without re-shoots. The most important thing is that you can start for free, and even their pay plan is kind of cheap—it’s only $29 a month, which is a pretty good deal considering how much you can do with this.
Tool 3: JVA AI
Now that we covered the content side of your business, let’s be real: content itself doesn’t pay the bills. But you know what will? Sales, customers, cash flow. That’s where the next AI tool comes in, and honestly, it feels kind of illegal for me to talk about this. Anyway, it’s called JVA AI, and it might just replace your entire sales team or make them irreplaceable if they know how to use it.
This tool is a money-making machine. It helped one company make an extra $1.2 million in revenue, another one $800K, and yet another $3 million more revenue—just casually. All of these companies automate their sales using JVA AI. Here’s how they did it: first, click “New Automation” inside JVA. Tell the AI who your dream customers are. You can get super specific with filters like job title, industry, company size, or just upload your existing CRM or lead list.
Next, create a couple of outreach messages, or if you’re feeling lazy, you can just let AI write them for you using their smart templates that automatically personalize for every single lead. And that’s it! From there, you can just chill while JVA AI does all the hard work. It finds you the most qualified leads, sends them messages, and follows up. Before you know it, you’ve got prospects practically handed to you on a silver platter, already warmed up and ready for you to close.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a solopreneur, tiny startup, or a big company. If you’re not using some sort of AI for your outreach right now, your competitors will, and they’re going to beat you to the deal.
Tool 4: Apollo AI
Now, what if you already have a sales team and you just need a ridiculously powerful database to feed them high-quality leads every single day? This is where another AI sales tool comes in: it’s called Apollo AI. Apollo really shines with their data. We’re talking over 275 million verified contacts and 73 million company profiles, with filters so detailed that you can practically find exactly the type of person that you want to talk to.
Here’s how it works: you can search for leads using incredibly granular filters—not just job titles or company size, but things like tech stack, hiring trends, funding rounds, even if they just posted a job that signals that they might need your service. Once you have your dream lead list, you can export it to your CRM, connect it to your outreach software, or even use Apollo’s built-in email and LinkedIn automation to start conversations instantly.
Because their database is constantly updated, you’re not wasting time chasing outdated contacts or dead emails.
Conclusion
If you made it all the way here, damn, you have my respect. I hope that you learned a lot today, and most importantly, I hope that you can actually apply one of these tools in your business.
