el estado del puente docker0 alterna entre habilitado/deshabilitado, ¿qué podría estar causando eso?

Tengo algunas instancias de CoreOS bare metal que muestran un comportamiento inusual en el dispositivo docker0 bridge.

En una de las instancias en las que esto ha estado ocurriendo, estoy ejecutando couchbase server y ha causado algunos problemas con el reequilibrio. Cuando moví couchbase a un nodo donde esto no estaba sucediendo, el problema desapareció.

¿Qué podría estar causándolo? ¿qué determina el estado del dispositivo puente?

el hardware es idéntico. La configuración es idéntica, excepto la dirección IP.

Es un comportamiento común para los puentes Docker. El estado del puente cambia cada vez que un contenedor sube o baja.
